Camp Localhost holds free monthly Rocket League camps for players of all ranks to attend. These camps are a way for gamers to play in a team environment alongside a coach that will help instruct you on ways to improve your fundamentals. Players who are less experienced may find these camps more rewarding than veteran players, but all are welcome to join in. Virtual weekend camps are done through Discord and are for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and mobile players, with the players and coach screen sharing and using voice channels to communicate. Virtual camps are available to players ages 13+, and all NSG coaches are professionally trained, background checked, and possess years of experience in esports coaching.
We want to be open and transparent about how our coaches approach programming. First and foremost, the coach is here to help everyone at the camp. Camp Localhost coaches are rooted in a philosophy that macro is king, and therefore everything they put together for you will stem from the desire to help strengthen your foundational play. When a player reaches a high enough level, our coaches will naturally shift their focus towards prioritizing improving the player’s micro abilities, but the coach will cater towards improving the group as a whole.
12:00pm - 2:00pm EST (All Ranks)
3:00pm - 5:00pm EST (All Ranks)
Here is what you can expect from your camp:
Players will learn from a professional coach at the top of their respective game (equivalent to Grand Master and above).
Our coaches are qualified to assist players regardless of their ranking. Players do not need a minimum level of play to participate.
Camps are online in a small-group format with a coach and typically feature live play and VOD review.
Camps are capped to maximize game time and learning
Camps are two (2) hours long, but you may sign up for multiple free camps each day.
All camps are done virtually online over Discord. Players must provide a Discord ID when signing up.
Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email with steps to help you get set up for the camp. Please make sure to fill out the camper information form as well as join the Camp Localhost Discord.
