NCS Academy | Cheeseadelphia Monthly All-In at Localhost Philly

Cheeseadelphia continues with its monthly Starcraft II Academy event! The prize pool and double elimination bracket are a return to grassroots LAN tournaments. On Saturday, August 10th, players will have the chance to battle it out over the course of a single day to take home the grand prize and bragging rights! There is a $200 guaranteed prize pot to go along with your $10 contribution. As long as there are at least 8 competitors the prize pool will jump to a guaranteed $250 plus contributions. The more competitors the bigger the pool!

We are also aware that 8/10 is a WCS Challenger day. If any competitors need to play their matches they are more than welcome to play them at our venue! We have high speed internet, Benq monitors, custom Computer Upgrade Kings, and even peripherals if you need them!

As an NCS Academy the Cheeseadelphia Monthly Meetups will also feature valuable NCS points just for attending! NCS points allow players to work their way up the leader board and potentially earn free entry and travel support to larger events throughout the year!

Format

• Single day event
• Doors open at 11am. Games start at 12pm!
• Double elimination bracket
• Players are welcome to bring their own peripherals, but we do have Cougar headsets and mice and Velcofire keyboards just in case.

Prize Pot

• $200 Guaranteed Prize pot + player contributions or $250 Guaranteed Prize pot depending on turnout
• 1st: 80% of Prize pot
• 2nd: 20% of Prize pot
